If I didn't have to worry about everything in Canada being rediculously expensive and could build a cabin, it would be built on the Rideau Canal up near Kingston, Ontario. I went up there 5 summers in a row when I went to hockey camp, and when I wasn't playing hockey I was fishing about 12 hours per day about. The fishing up there is unbelievable, a fish almost every cast, which is most unlike the state in which I live, Kentucky. I don't know what it is about Canada, but the waters up there must be perfectly underfished by the locals, or maybe it's just that there's so much water up there and so few people to fish it. That's where I'd build my cabin.
