Default Yawwnnnn, another day on Canyon Lake

Reb and I annoyed some bass yesterday (Monday) at Canyon (The Jewel of The Texas Hill Country, ) though not so many as we'd hoped. Still we did better than we had the previous three tries.
The three non-kept keepers, one a fair 2.5, all came on a ZOOM U-tail worm in Smoke/Blue Flake/T-rigged with a 1/8 oz weight pegged with a rubber Peg-It. All were caught at sundown off a shaded bluff and in 30-45 ft. water.
They all took the worm on the initial fall and I'm guessing they were suspended but relating to some big submerged trees.
Of the remaining catch some were caught on 5" Tiki Stix, some on dropshot.
Had a great day with a bud and we are gonna try again on Friday.

That ends this stirring account.
