water temp was 53 raining like ya poured it from a boot.. as pop can not get around well, we loaded up the pontoon and went crappie fishing -yep in the pouring rain-launched at 7 am. all my brothers and brother in laws. my girlfriend actually went -suprised me-we caught about 50 crappie. at 9 am we load up head for the "9:30am return time" at 9:20am we pull to a stop 1/2 mile from home. put some ice on the fish. grin at each other. 9:29am we pull off to get home at 9:30am.. much to the joy of the youg kin folk.. as they are currantly rippin alot of paper. i know that the tradition of the christmas day nail biting has been past on..

now i shall go refill my rum and coke glass and see what every one got..
