Default Trolling Motor Wore Out?

I have a Motorguide 43lb that seems to be running alot slower this year.
I have a new battery, no line or junk under the prop, and the TM is 6 years old. Any ideas? Thanks

Also check your battery connections, your trolling motor plug/outlet and any breakers for corrosion.
