Trolling motor seems to be loosing trust.
Have an older minnkota all-terrain motor that is 40 pounds of trust. Have had it for about 5 or 6 years, and it seems to be loosing its power. We've checked the brushes and they seem good, checked all the wire connections all through out the motor and they seem good. Does anyone have any idea why it might be loosing power? good fishin

How is the condition of your battery(ies)? Even with proper maintenance they don't last forever.
