We had an election on October the 14th. My country elected a minority conservative Government. Now, the opposition parties, the Liberals and new Democrats have formed an alliance with the French seperatist party to overthrow our democratically elected government! Once in, their sole purpose is to destroy the country for their profit. Alberta's industry is mostly oil development. They promise to shut it down and bankrupt us in the name of the enviroment! The rift between the Est and the West has never been so infuruated. I spent all weekend writing letters, phoning politicians and government officials demanding a stop to this nonsense. It turns out hundreds of thousands of others did the same thing. We won a fight today to delay the house from overthrowing the government for a month. I'm heading to a protest in Calgary Saturday. (Bring on the teargas) That's why I haven't been around a whole lot lately. I'm so bloody exhausted from being angry it's sickening. I will be bringing my camara to the rally though, so I'll be putting photo's all over the net. You folks watch your backs, the underhanded politicians are sneaky and will try to do what they will when they think nobody is looking. Don't put up with their ****. It's almost to the point a cival war seems to be looming here, don't go that route again.
