Default What the H3^& is that

I got up this morning to head into work and the first think I noticed was that the outside thermometer was broken. It must be broken because it was stuck below 40 for the first time in years. I also noticed that there was a weird substance on my window shield. It looked similar to the dew that I expect to see each morning, but this was in a solid state.
Luckily once I started the truck and heater, this substance turned back into a more manageable liquid state.
Oh, one more thing. Even though I was had not lit a cigarette yet, I could see a smoke like substance in the air when I exhaled.
I am not a religious man, but I think this might be a sign of the apocalypse.

Another oddity I heard about was of the snow that fell on Las Vegas, it does make us take notice as to the strange weather patterns that were having.

JB, bet you got a lot of rain today. Us, we're still cold and snowy and icy. At least there'll be snow on the ground for Christmas.

We got hammered here pretty good on Friday, about 10-12" new snow on top of the 3-4" we had already. They are calling for 4" more tonight. For a place this far north they sure didn't handle it well. None of the roads were plowed until the afternoon and I had to drive the truck in 4x4 since my car sits too low.
