Bama Boys stayin???
WTL and others, I just saw the scroll on ESPN. That quarterback of yours and a couple of others who were slated to enter the draft are sticking around.
I knew Coach Saban could recruit, but how did he get them to stay? I thought many of the draft boards had Bradford and that Lineman, (his name escapes me, even though I just saw it) rated fairly high. What is the inside 'Bama scoop?

qb? staying? our starting qb is a senior, probably won't get drafted. the 1 lineman is the one that WOULD have been a senior NEXT YEAR. RATED AS A #1 DRAFTEE.he got into a lot of trouble before the bowl game, talked to an agent, signed, i don't know. but his name is ANDRE SMITH. best offensive lineman in college football (so THEY SAY). i think he is gonna do very well in the pros. florida's qb tim tebow is staying for his senior year. we will have a new qb next year. either mcelroy or star jackson i think. we didn't lose many players,, had only 9 total on the team i think. should do well next year.

John Parker Wilson isn't staying unless its as a grad assistant. Frankly, I think he should try his hand at MLB, he was a pretty good catcher who was drafted. Not an NFL QB.
Andre Smith declared as a junior. Nobody could really tell Andre to stick around considering how much money he is gonna be making. Glenn Coffee, who is older than most juniors cause of 2 redshirt years (medical hardship) also is going pro. Antoine Caldwell is a senior and going pro. The only one staying is DT Terrence Cody. Cody was eligible, but its a smart move for him to stay to prove he can control his weight and conditioning. He also needs to work on pass rushing to become a lottery pick. He is an NFL quality run stopper right now. Wonder if you saw a line declaring that 5* DT Kerry Murphy has finally enrolled at UA after 2 years in prep school? Thats the most recent news. Pretty sure next years QB will be Greg McElroy, a former Texas Tech commit and the man who followed Chase Daniel in Highschool, breaking all his records. He's a junior.

Sorry fella, misread something - John Parker definitely was not up any draft boards... I did see about that DT... Now let me go wipe this egg off my face and hide in embarassment...
