Cavs, I have to say this is a VERY general question and one that is hard to answer. Each has their own place and each is is my favorite for certain techniques.
If I had to choose one that I use more than the others it would be fluorocarbon. BB

I picked all 3. They all have their time and place.

hmm, I'd have to say mono/copolymer. But not just ANY copolly!!! P-line cxx is the stuff for me, low stretch, sensitive, super abrasion resistance, decent manageability on casting rigs... it's pretty much everything I could want in a fishing line... other than sensitivity, but it's FAR exceeded my expectations in any nylon line!!!!!

Now that I'm not on my phone, that's exactly what I did.

The copolymer Pline CX and CXX has replaced almost everything for me... except the one reel with braid.

Fishing line. sorry. Well I like braid the most. I am stubborn. I'll fish clear water with it. Then after awhile I'll switch to either mono or flouro. depending on baits fished. Really hate using leaders. See, stubborn.

P-Line Floroclear. Hands down the best line I have used.

I prefer braid, but like everyone else, use all 3. I do use a flouro leader with braid however, unless I am tossing Frogs into pads and weeds. Mostly a confidence thing for me. I'm stubborn too !
