drool on....
after focusing on the meat product thru many bbq threads.. here i turn your attention to the add ons.... after 3.5 hours of slow and low with these country style ribs. i pour in a 1/2 chimmy of fresh kingsford charcoal. open up the vents and kick the heat up to 300 degrees..after 4 hours in a covered baking pan. i remove the ribs and move them thru the crust making process.adding a whole vandaila onion and a green bell pepper.both sliced in half about 1/2" thick and coated with olive oil.. ![]() after five mintues i start the crust migration.by placing the ribs directly over the hot coals.. ![]() mmmm that smells awesome.... after 5 mintues more i remove all of it from the grill.. ![]() oh yeah throw down with some mac salad and pull out the sweet baby rays.. ![]() don't crowd me son.... zooker
