Once again I've made the annual trek to Cape Cod, MA to visit family. Spent the afternoon in Osterville and Hyannis checking out the local artwork. Didn't see anything that I really liked so I stopped into a record store in Hyannis. Yes an actual record store where they still sell records and CD's. Picked up a Quiet Riot CD. If anyone out there that can get me a copy of the two Quiet Riot albums in Japan with Randy Rhoads please let me know. Sorry, back to the lobster.
Got done and headed back to the folks house. Did some steamers for appetizers and then came the lobstah. Along with the lobster is a side salad, some pototoes, and broiled striper. Nice!! Or as they say around here "Wicked". |

Hey 3D. Have you ever grilled lobster tails? And if so, how do you do it? Never cooked lobster before. Not even sure how to boil them, lol.

Just like boiling an egg. Drop them in the hot water and start timing when the water returns to a boil. Depends on the size of the lobster. Bigger ones take a little longer. 8-10 minutes for a 1.5-2 lb lobster. The one above was boiled.....a little too long
![]() Grilling requires that you chop the tail and remove the guts before placing it on. You need to crack the claws too. 3-4 minutes per side and they're done. |

Couple of shots of the beach. It's been nice here, cold actually, for the beach. I've gotten accustomed to the 90+ degree days and mid 70's at night at home. Here it's been in the 70's during the day and chilly in evenings.
More tomorrow about the Wampanoag Indians and their 89th annual Pow Wow.....seriously! |
