What does the SP stand for on the pointers ?

I think it's Suspending as well, as the couple I have do rattle. Also, the Silent models are listed as "Pointer 95 Silent" instead of "Pointer 100SP"

Yeah, it's suspending. I wish they would come out with a floating version of the Pointer 100!!!

pc4912, the slenders come in a little different sizes than the regulars and they say "Slender" on them in small script writing.

SP is Suspending Pointer in the models like Pointer 100SP. Here's a copy of the LuckyCraft Catalog:
