Ok guys Im haveing problems with my soft baits. They keep coming off my hook. Every time I cast they just go flying no matter how I rig them. I have even tryed glueing them on. Its not my knot cuz everything stays on the line. Is there any thing I can do to stop this?

Pics of how you're rigging it would help. Knowing what hooks, baits, etc you're using would as well.

What kind of plastics are you using? And what style and size of hooks? It sounds like your plastics might be too soft or your hooks might be too big or the wrong style all together.
Just to make sure you are rigging them right take a look at this video that shows you how to right a Texas rig. http://www.bassfishin.com/fishing-videos/texas-rig/

You might want to consider taking a toothpick and putting it through the head of the worm and hook eye. That will help keep the plastic where it belongs.
I also agree that pics of how you're rigging would help. I don't recall any plastics ever just "flying" off the hook on the cast.

How hard are you casting? I can take a worm, barely skin hook it and cast it 20-30 yards, so all I can think of is you are casting way to hard.

Never heard of this before. Two thoughts: casting too hard, or not casting smoothly or with a "jerky" casting motion.

I think he prolly has more of a rigging issue than a casting one. +1 on details on how your rigging your plastics.
