First time
I'm using my Christmas present for the first time tonight. My parents got me an electric smoker, and I'm doing a pork butt for our Superbowl meal tomorrow.
So, in honor of Zooker, here are a few pictures to make you jealous and hungry.........eat your heart out.   Step 1: Still in its pure form.  Step 2: Rubbed and placed in the smoker.  Step 3: About 3.5 hours in.  Stay tuned.....more pics to follow later.
