I'm tell'n ya what....
I don't care what you say. You take a large chicken breast, coat both sides with McCormicks Applewood Rub, brown both sides on the stove in a skillet and bake for 23 minutes in the oven and you have pure Heaven my friends!

Actually, I've been cooking chicken that way for a while - a cast iron skillet goes from stove top to oven very nicely. Thighs ain't bad either. |
