Apple Jack
Does anyone have a recipie for apple jack? I had an uncle from West Virginia who used to make it. I remember tasting it as a kid and it was delicious. He is long gone now so I can't get the recipie from him. It was around the Christmas holidays that he would give me a very small cup full. So I figured out he might have used apple cider in the mix as it was always ready around the winter holidays. Thanks for any help.
