Default St.Croix Triumphs?

I beleive I am gonna get one, to make a nice spinnerbait rod, a 6ft 6in MH, and put my Shimano Curado on it. It has a 6.01:1 ratio too, so I can burn them back in. I would love to get the Bass Legend Rod, and a Quantum Energy, witht he burner ratio, but it is out of my budget, So this will work for now.

I like the Triumph rods alot, but I cannot allow myself to buy one. The Saint Croix rods are usually built in the USA, but the Triumph isn't. P N J

I'm kinda late on this thread, but I've been away for a few days. I have a 6'6" med/fast triumph. It is an okay rod if you are only going to be fishing "moving" baits where extreme sensitivity is not really needed. If you are planning on using it to fish worms/jigs/etc I would tell you to pass on this rod.

I'm with Zooker on this one. In the future I will not spend my money on any other rod than a Fenwick.

Yeah you did. I still use that Fenwick the most too! Has the best damn sensitivity compared to all my rods!

Next Rod will be HMX, Casting, 6ft 6in MH
