Buescher?
Anyone fished this lake its in texas, north of Smithville in Bastrop County. The fishing is supposed to be great in this lake...just wondering if anyones ever been there...im planning to travel there in august.

No mention of a boat ramp nor is there one indicated on the map. Better plan to bank fish but you might call and see if a small boat or kayak is legal if hand-launched from shore. I'd recommend a belly boat BUT there are bound to be cottonmouths in that area. Maybe not a great idea. I fish Bastrop now and then and you'll find a great ramp there, only 12 miles from Buescher. FR |
