tuckertown lake 7-30-06
water was at full pond, very clear and was 84+ degrees. i caught 7 bass lost 4 more. all the fish i caught but 1 was 8+ feet deep on the edges/ledges. my lone top bass was on a crankbait-dt6- floating on the surface. big bass was 3.2 pounds with 2 short fish. caught 1 on a jig lost one on a jig. the rest were on the (yawn)c-rig.. a 10.5" june bug old monster worm.. the bite was very sutle and light. i did not even feel the jig bite just tension -thought i was against a rock till i poped it and it took off- even with braid it was diffacult to tell.

Zooker,
I am heading to Tuckertown this Saturday. Is there another ramp up the river other than the bridge? Is there a topo map available? Bart |
