I would love to fish florida, but I would like to keep all my limbs! Therefore, if I saw a gator, you'd hear me screamin' a mile away!

Everything in Fl is a little gatorish. My problem is everything is also moccasinish. Va, the key is to look before you reach. It's not unusual for a gator of any size to follow a fish right up to the boat.

Well, everytime I see a moccasin, I cast for it, but a couple times I ve seen small ones with bluegills, and once I saw a huge one with a bass, that was about 15 inches! He took my bass!

mocasins scare me more than anything else but have only seen one of them and I wasn't fishing but hikning across a dry sandy river bed.

Well, I am not a snake person, and when we lived in texas, my dad blew holes in the ground, shooting at rattlesnakes with his .357, or 12 gauge. I hate snakes, almost as much as spiders, but if they are in the water, there is not much danger, and IU live in a pretty developed area for the most part. My sister got bit once though....
