Put me down in the pegged catergory. If I want the weight to slide I just move the wt stop up 8-10 inches.

Well i have seen some "pegs" that were lead and i thought ya'll meant using those instead of weights.

I peg 90% of the time on a TX rig. I spend most of my time pitching and flipping to heavy cover. The nastier the better. Don't need any additional help getting hung up, I do just fine, thank you. If I had a buck for every straightened hook.....

Kieth it depends what kind of action you want the worm to have . pegging it will make it snag up a little bit less in weeds and around various rip rap but it also imparts a slightly different action to the bait that can get your a few extra bites every now and then .

90% unpegged. Could be more like 100% unpegged as I use the bullet weights with lining. It's more consistent. However sometimes I peg for flipping but getting away from it. I hardly flip worms any how.
