Default Must-have Lures

Guys, I got to thinking (yes, I know that can be a dangerous thing for me to do ) after Ken put up the rod selection thread that we have a lot of new fishermen coming on the boards who are asking what baits/lures to use, so why not a thread about lures that a beginner needs to have in his tackle box?

Here are mine-in no particular order:

Rat-L-Trap, chrome with a blue back

A medium running crankabit in a crawfish color and a shad color

A shad color square bill shallow running crankbait

A white spinnerbait with 2 blades and a chartreuse spinnerbait with a single Colorado (round) blade

A soft plastic stick bait like a Senko, Tiki Stick or YUM Dinger in watermelon seed color

Zoom Super Flukes in Smokin' Shad color

A chrome/black back Heddon Tiny Torpedo

Feel free to add yours.
