My two favorite things are the boat's room and the back balcony/deck. Looking very, very good.

Thanks guys, we are really excited with how well this is going so far. We have really been blessed with the perfect weather all winter long and it's helped us be to this point so quickly.

The boats room in the basement is most likely going to be temporary. I have plans to build a big shop later on and the boat will move out there. For now we are going to build it a room of its own and turn the rest of the basement into a bar/pool table/ tv room. I am going to finish the basement myself and I will work on it here and there until it's done. I like doing projects like that as long as I am not rushed, if I feel rushed when doing stuff like that it starts feeling more like a job and that isn't the point of doing it. I am sure I will have more pictures to share with in the next week or two.

Don't worry Mike, by the time you get here I am sure Britney will be ready to re-do the tile so you will have some work waiting for you LOL.

LMAO! Sounds great! (Start working on her now....laminate wood flooring is cheaper and easier!)

Once you put down tile though, leave it. Major work to remove it and start over

Buddy, you get down here and we will spend a few days on the lake. As for the tile being hard to remove, no worries, I am pretty handy at tearing stuff up LOL.
