I think that you should go to another spot. If you can catch fish at other spots, but can't catch them there, then maybe they sprayed pesticides there recently. None of the pads look healthy.

With you on that one.
Try and land an unweighted frog on one of those pads. Twitch it so that it causes the pad to move, but make sure the frog doesnt fall off the pad. Wait a few seconds and then pull the frog off the pad. Works really well (for me anyway). You could try the same thing with a 4" unweighted worm.

T-rigged weightless senko. If there is fish in there, he'll bite.

Can you get your hands on some live 3'' crayfish? Fish'um under a clear casting bobber, just off the bottom. You'll find out if there are bass in there. Also try a 4'' smoke tube, weightless, work it on top like a jerk-bait.

I bet you money there arent any fish in that pond. It looks shallow as all get out, and it probably dries up during droughts. Golf Course ponds and farm ponds and other small ponds that dont see much fishing pressure are the easiest places to fish ever, you are almost 100% sure to get atleast one bass, and the odds of getting a hawg are very good. But the thing is, some of the smaller ponds dont hold fish, simply because they dry up. I'd suggest move on to a larger pond.
