False. Friend of my on the football team got in a bad one coming to practice a week or two ago. The front of the car looked like an accordion... Hardly a scratch on him and he was playing the next day.

True, been working out like crazy the last week to try to lose some weight and get back in a shape that isn't round. Down 7 pounds after one week of working out and eating right

But man am I sore for it

True, but it sure makes a difference on who fixes it,potatoe salad is one of those foods that have about a million variations.

TPBM, prefers his ribs to be served with a dry rub and the sauce on the side.

True but I love ribs and will tear them up anyway the make it to the table. I will take a rack of ribs over steak any day.

Tpbm is more excited about MLB Playoffs than they are the start of football season (True for me).

No, I can't run because I can't hardly walk after pounding my knees like that and not flexible enough to do anything other than lift weights and walk. We have a huge free gym at my work and I mainly use the freeweights; squats, curls, benchpress, hang cleans, dumbbell press and rows. Lots of machines that I use on occasion too.

False, my team didn't loose today and even if they did it's a game and doesn't get me upset.

TPBM has done shift work and hates it!
