I sell a similar worm, with one major difference. Mine is poured very differently. Curved big time. gives it unbelievable action compared to other worms that are poured straight. Those three hook worms do catch fish though. The Worm, the Ike Con, Kellys etc... I just feel the curved worm gives a lot better action. Ive been fishing my worms for 15 years, with an average year, going through about 400 of em. Thats a lot of bass its called the grandads noodle

Yeah, I've seen those worms around for years, but I have never given them much of a chance, I'll pick up a couple and toss them around some again and see what happens, I am sure I had one for a brief moment years ago, seems it had a prop on the front too??

Im not trying to disuade anyone from buying a kellyworm etc. IM sure they work. But im being 100% genuine when I say, on our normal yearly fishing trip back home (NW Iowa) we ONLY fish these worms, for an average 3 day total in the 400 bass range. And its that super pressure time where there are 3 tournies a day on the lake.
Ive caught fish on my competitors worms growing up, but there is a reason I switched to this style, and a reason I now sell them .

I have seen them in the stores beofre, I believe at dicks sporting goods they call them a bassstopper or something like that. How did you fish it plastic, with a weight or weightless?

Does it stay on the top of the water, and was there alot of cover around?

no it goes down to the bottom, it is really light so it stays on top for a few seconds, and almost dives down. and there is alot of cover, i love it. it is the only plastic that works there for me. And it's called a pier boy.

mine runs near the surface by default, connect it to a snap swivel and fish it super slow;.. it corkscrews and drives bass nutz.. sometimes in the heat of the summer ill throw a few split shot and fish it psuedo carolina on the bottom, and that works too.

I just bought a very similar product made by Creme but, it has a propeller in front, im trying it out tonight and I'll tell yall how it worked.

I throw the Creme prop worms when they won't bite anything else, they seem to catch small fish for me

Well, I threw the worm for three casts, the first cast I got a small bite, but it didnt hold on long enough, liked the action, but it started raining so I took cover for 5 minutes, then went back and switched to a Tiki Stick, which got a 3 pounder to follow me in but the hook was too big. I will try using scent on them to make them stay on longer, or use that same rig on a Tiki Stick.

Yeah, I was so happy, because I have never actually cught the attention of a single bass in that lake, and have been fishing it for 3 hours every day every time of day from 4 in the morning to 2 at night. I've fished that lake religously because I know theres 10 lb bass in there but I finally got something to work!

Honestly, until recently, when ive begun to hit the tournament scene ive fished these baits 75% or more of the time when bass fishing. They flat out work for me, in all situations. Since tourney fishing, ive had to learn to jig better, t-rig, crank etc to find bigger fish on a regular basis. But I still always come back to the Grandad's Noodle. I worked on a new color combo in the last few weeks, and landed on one that is absolutely slaughtering fish for me right now. here is a picture. Im working on more deadly combos, but right now, this is lights out for me.

what color is that considered?

Also what scent that you offer do you find works the best?

its just black, solid black, and the paint is blaze orange, like hunters orange...
its not on the site yet.. im going to develop a new color scheme for the noodles. Scent doesnt matter on these, from my experience.. i use grape or cherry cuz it smells nice . but its such an aggressive strike, they could care less about smell. they do NOT just nip at these.

I have tried yellow dots on there... And they work, but I think i stumbled on to something with the orange. It must be triggering something, because they are ravenous whenever I throw it. I usually get 3-4 fish per worm, and ive gone through about 40 worms in the last three weeks.
