Guys my tournament has been moved to this lake...Mark Twain Lake....I've got just two days to restrategize for this lake...never been hear either and won't be able to prefish this lake...its a monster....lots of standing timeber and stuff....here is a map.....guys if you could give me any tips on what stands out to you on this lake it would be awesome...I'm thinking places were the channels come close to the bank and points... Hope you guys can chime in....its cool when people do this because we do learn a lot about how others would go about fishing the lakes....thanks!

Try doing some research on Samuel Clemens Lake. I understand there is a connection.
Good luck, BeePee, and be safe. FR |

I'd find a small feeder creek off the main lake, run to the back and fish my way out (F looks good). Check the water temps on the way back and see if cooler water is coming in the creek compared to the main lake. Also know what your strengths are and target those fish. If you find fish then try to repeat in another creek or area.

At this time of year I would work the bank from E through G. As you can see thats where the creek channel comes very close to the bank on several occasions and being that it is the heat of the summer I would go deep with cranks and see what happens.
