Default Fish finders for float tubes.

Hey! Does anyone have any ideas for fish finders for float tubes. I have found one over here in Japan but When I looked at it on the internet it was 3 times the price.
I was looking at the hummingbird smart cast rf 30. Does anyone have any ideas or info. on that model? Thanks.

The Fishin Buddy Fish Finder, Cabelas has a mount for it, and they sell the unit. BTW, what type of float tube do you have???

WOW, I didn't realize you were in Japan, are you there permanently, or for work or some such thing? I don't have the smartcast, but bought one for my father, and a couple of folks I know use them. I haven't heard anything bad about them. But if they are 3 times the price, buy one on line, and have it shipped. I doubt it would cost that much even with the shipping. On a side note there was some talk about getting rid of the bass there, because it was a invasive species, is that true, or just more rumors?
