Early Summer Patterns
What should the fish be holding on around now. I noticed most beds have no bass on them. I think they are mostly in the post-spawn stage. I haven't been able to do much sight fishing in the shallows either. Where are they moving? What works well for late spring to early summer?

move out from the beds to deeper water. not far first contour change would be enough.. they are looking to eat so spinnerbaits, crankbaits,carolina rigged lizards..a horny toad worked over deeper trees..

Thanks Zook. After all of the posts you've made about Zoom Horny Toads, it made me want to buy some. I love 'em! I always get a bunch of strikes on them. They are too exciting to fish with. How many packs do you go through per year?!?!?!

45 packs this year -so far- last year 105 packs..i buy them in case lots..

Zook where you buy them in case lots? are they cheaper that way, like buying in bulk, ive gone thru many many packs over the pasdt 2 yrs.

not really cheaper but i do get the colors i want.. i normally get half green pumkin half watermelon seed..
this year there is a diffant color prefurance green pumkin in after dark watermelon seed during the low light times.. zooker

those are the two colors i use most of the time, but you also didnt answer my question lol. seems that time is catcing up to you eh? forgettin what you read 2 mins ago, nah im just playin wit ya. where do you order them by the box?
