Default Free Photoshop.

I've got a buddy of mine working on getting me Adobe photoshop CS4, but he's been working for a while and meanwhile, I wanted to know if anyone knows a good photoshop program that's virus free and that I can dowload for free?

Thanks,

BB

I've been using Gimp for several years. About the only thing I wish worked better was the IWarp. Otherwise it is great! If you want it to look more like PS then you can also try GimpShop: www.gimpshop.com

So, sad to see PS users rave over these endless mindless menus.
Adobe should use this slogan: "Want to do something in PS? There's a menu for that."

I'm a Corel Photo-Paint user and I can create a custom toolbar with all my toys on it 8}

WOW, I would say it louder

P.S. don't pirate software...

Let's abstain from any talk about pirating software. Just a heads up. Thanks.

No need to do that. Theres a free photo editing site www.picnik.com of course, it doesnt do everything photoshop does, but I use it for all my pictures and I love it. Give that a shot first.

I've used Corel Painter 9 (I think it was 9). Anyways, for pics, I like photoshop much better.

Sorry Kevin, didn't mean to get into illegal talk, just wanted a free alternative to adobe photoshop.
