I have that Cabelas Guidewear gear and it is phenomenal. I don't go out in the winter without it.

Kevin,
Excellent, honest report. I have several friends who ice fish who wouldn't even consider going out without wearing their Guideware. Even a few hardcore of the hardcore Res Rats wear them while fishing the NYC reservoirs till they finally freeze up. All swear that their Guideware is simply the best at a very reasonable price. As for me, I hate the cold. I would use Cabelas Guidewear for ice fishing if I actually iced fish, which I don't.

We just had a slight warming spell here on Long Island. It went up from 6 to 7 degrees. Guess I'll head out and hit my local pond. I only wish.
