Farm for sale
For sale 347 acre farm located in Clark Co. Kentucky near the Montgomery, Powell Co. Lines. Perfect for hunting and farming or horse back riding. Includes 2 houses (1 house is about 20 years old the other is a remodeled original farm stead home) with a black top road. They are both very nice, 1 Pond loaded up with Large Mouths, 1 Barn, 2 out sheds, Black topped road. Very secluded with lots of woods. Great deer and Turkey on property. Asking 1.2 Million.
