Default Sold the house!

ok, ready for some good news gang? hahahahaha, i won't be able to be online as much in the coming months. we sold our house here on the bluff and have 30 days to vacate the premises. and lisa decided NOT to become "casa de doublewide" owners. she wants to build a house.
so.......we traded our little 22 foot camper for a 38 footer. WOW! it is huge i tell ya. big slide out. got a great deal too. and we are gonna be living outta it till the house is built.
and..... thus the reason i won't be online for a while. also won't be fishing either. bummer. all my free time will be going to get the new house built. so don't fret if you don't see me online (some of you will cheer, lol) as much as usual. i WILL be back. and i'll be online form time to time, if just for a few minutes or so.
wish us luck and a fast build. thanks gang.

oh yea, talked to the biggun today. he is doing ok, chemo is taking affect though. said he feels drained. but he is NOT giving up. still has his humor and cockyness, hahahaha. cracked a few jokes till he faded off to sleep. yep, on the phone, lol. but i didn't mind. he is gonna fight it all the way gang. still praying for ya zooker! you are doing great pal. keep it up (little joke for him, lol).

Congrats bama. If I lived around there, I'd be swinging a hammer with ya for sure!
P.S.
When in doubt, go with tongue and groove cedar.
Oh yeah, stay away from linoleum!!!!!!

Congrats John, that's great news.

lol mallen, you got it all wrong. When it doubt, do whatever she says. Remember that john, it's imperative when building her a house.

Best wishes in creating a new love nest for you and Mrs BBM! I recommend a 2000 sq. foot man cave and boat barn with an "annex", for *general use, of no more than 600 sq. feet. That way the Mrs will have less area for you to keep swept.

ok, we got the "new" temporary home yesterday. it is a 38 foot travel trailer. traded in the little one (22'). it has 2 slides and a sliding glass door! awesum. lisa loves it and wants to put it ata campground, lol. told her no cuz we gotta set it up on the new house spot. gotta start getting things packed up and put into storage. but the cajun ain't going in. lisa said i was gonna get to go from time to time, YEA! meeting with a builder and see what he can do for us. daniel met him at the first get together (chris youngblood) he is in nearby cartersville ga where bob smith is. we'll do as much as we can to save money. things like the inside stuff. been a log time since i swung a hammer, lol. called my dad and he has 2 nail guns (that's how long since i swung a hammer, lol) said they were mine to use for as long as it took. that is gonna save me a lot of time not to mention fingers, lmao. unless i shoot em with a nail.hahahaha. but we are gonna busy on the house soon. thanks for the house raising thoughts for real. it would be a blast and lisa would defininantly cook for everyone along with her mom. they just love to cook for folks like that. country at heart even if she WAS picked up off the beaches of south bama, lol. love that darn woman. and truly don't know WHAT she ever seen in me. ok.....enough of the tear jerks. hahahaha, thanks gang. gotta go now. later.

update, lol. moved 2 trailer loads of "shop" stuff. mostly wood and cabinets and such. also took 2 loads of packed up dishes. man i forgot just how much stuff one accumilates in 20 years. found things i forgot about from when we moved up here form south bama. and i needed those when i was moving in, hahahaha. hate it when that happens. the newer camper is AWESUM! man i am gonna be in high cotton whenever we get finished with the house. cuz this thang is going on the lake asap, hahahaha.

John, I hope everything goes smoothly for you. This is a big deal, and I know you're excited about all these big changes. If I can do ANYTHING, let me know. You've got my number.

By the way, do you need a place to keep the Cajun while you're building the house?

Man, glad to hear the ball is rolling for you brother. The misses knows you have to fish. And John, send the Cajun over to 601 land. I will personally assist Daniel in the care and upkeep of the boat. I don't dislike Cajuns, living near Louisiana, just the pompus coonies.
