Default TM Battery...

Hey guys... got a question for ya.
Took the wife out to Lake Worth today in the Bass Hunter plastic boat. Had the trolling peaked and tweaked for this trip. By the end of the day, it was dead as a door nail. Would barely spin the prop on high. Question is, seeing as how we drained it completely, is it now toast? Did we damage it somehow by discharging it so much?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Recharging it at 2 amps now. Should I be charging it higher or lower?
