Big Colorado Blades on a bright colored spinnerbait. I have also had good luck with the Terminator Spinnerbaits with Oklahoma Blades.

I have the most luck on a Chartrues colored skirt and a big Colorado leaf Blade spinner.

I used to think it was chartreuse with gold Colorado blades, Then a few years ago I had my hat handed to me by another angler that was fishing the same pattern with solid black spinnerbait with gold Colorado blades.Fish2win

ONCE AGAIN.......The bass will let you know what is the best lure, color,or whatever EVERYTIME you go fishing. Conditions change EVERYDAY,hour etc... Be creative and use your head. Thats the only way you gonna get to be a better fishernman.

Hey I've got a new spin, EVERY LURE IS THE BEST! The trick is finding out which one is the BEST best every time you're fishing. Don't be lazy and not wanna put in some work to catch fish. The only way you'll learn at this game is to go out, try things, store what you've done in your brain or on paper, and build a database. Do that for a while and eventually you will know what the best is on most days like its second nature to you.

Was walking through Sports Authority last evening and noticed that culprit has a nice lookinh spinner bait for less than a buck and half, double willows, Colorados, different sizes and combonations. Some of you may or may not be interested. I didn't know culprit had their name on a spinner bait. Guess I'm a little old fashoned, I'm still using Stanley Vibra shaft.

A spinnerbait is a spinnerbait, much like a jig is a jig. They will all work, some will work better than others in certain situations, but they will catch fish given a chance to. The longer the spinnerbait wire, the easier it will come through the weeds, the shorter the arm, the more vibration it will produce.the main thing with a spinnerbait is the blade swivel,if its junk, so will your spinnerbait be in time unless you upgrade the swivel.I prefer to use Sampo, or Worth swivels. Since we are on the subject of spinner baits and I do make my own jigs which are NOT your ordinary jig (directed at PNJ) LOL does anyone know where I can get the tapered wire for spinner baits. Cant seem to find it anywhere.

Laser, I bought some tapered wire forms , but can't remember where I got them. I quit fooling around making them when you can buy them already made for nearly the same price as it costs to make them yourself.I am going to say either Janns netcraft, Barlows, or Stamina is where I bought the tapered wire forms.Ps send me one of your jigs so I can fish it.
