took out the cajun
well guys took out the 97 cajun 20' yesterday. couldn't catch a darn thing. so when going in i decided to open it up and see how fast she would go. i was the only one in the boat, along with my gear. 10 rods and reels and anchor, nets takle boxes (little plastic ones). and some mis. stuff. i throttled up, hit 50 in no time. planed the motor a little and hit 55 in seconds (maybe 2, lol). then planed a little more and hit 66 with room to spare. now i don't care how fast it can go now, 66 mph is waaaay fast enough for me. 1fastlazer i know there is more in her, but i don't wanna find out, lmao. just thought some of you would like to hear about it.

yea it was kinda fun i have to admit. but i ain't the speed demon i used to be, lol. and zooker, it is rated for a 225, but has a 200 johnson venom. believe me it is fast enough for this old man. hahaha. and no bugs mibasser, has a windshield. and i was tucked in good. would be bad for the passenger though, rofl. and the way gas is today, i ain't gonna be speeding up and down the river or lakes anyway. 2 20 gallon tanks will run about 120 bucks. thanks for the input guys.
