My personal pontoon (pics)
Thanks to a fellow church member, I finally have some pictures of me on my boat. First one is me leaving the boat ramp. Second one is me out in the middle of the creek/river channel.

I had a much smaller version along time ago that had styrofoam pontoons and you wore flippers on yer feet for propulsion.....very light weight and was really stable and worked quite well for ponds. Lord only knows what I did with it, but there are times I wish I still had it.

It is a blast but like any day, it is frustrating when you are not catching fish. Then I get to think about breaking it down to put in the car. I don't mind if I've caught fish, but it sucks if I was blanked.

Nice rig! Do you have a floating livewell in case you need to bring one back for a pic?

I'm working on one. I thought about tying a styrofoam cooler to the side of the pontoon. I know it would create drag but I rarely go very far in boat and I have the oars as back up.
