Thanks so much I really appreciate it I have yet to pull the carpet up I am still trying to decide if and when I want to tackle this job I will have pics as soon as I can find the cord to our camera :-( thank you for the info

venture boat
I have an 1979 Venture 16.5 ft long. Lowes has a good replacement indoor.outdoor carpet for only $35.00 a roll that covered my boat and all of the hatches. check them out.
