Default Trolling motor part needed

Hey guys I have an old 86 Johnson trolling motor and the little round cover on top the motor with the arrow on it that shows you which direction your going popped off the other day and I was wondering if any of you knew where I could find just that round cover so I could pop it back on. Thanks

no you can't find just that lil cover. mine came off also.. i used a rubber band and hooked it back up to the arm...

if you don't have the lid get a coffee can lid cut out and cover the hole and glue it down.. if moisture gets in there it will rust every thing up..

I knew he was going to ask about that little cover before I clicked on the thread. Somebody should manufacture replacements and sell em on ebay.

Wish you would have put this up about 2 weeks ago. Just threw one in the trash. The wires snapped and cost to much to replace, the power unit was almost perfect.
