Default The New 2008 BPS catalog

Well, it arrived today, much earlier than I had expected. And to be honest, it's pretty much the same catalog as last year, just arranged a little differently. Very little in new products. Seems this was the complaint about last years catalog. One item however caught my eye. A new BPS casting reel called the Nitro. It appears to be a well made reel, built to stand up to some pretty riggerous conditions. And it's sharp looking. And at $129.99 it is affordable. Check it out and see what you think. The only thing that worries me is that it always seems to be the case when a new reel hits the market. Little glitches. Lets hope thats not the case here.

Let's hope when the Bass edition comes it has more new items in it. Wish they would expand their rod selection, i.e. Powell max, maybe some customs, etc.

I think the fall catalogs have more new items than any other ones. I got mine earlier than I actually expected it, but a lot later than I wanted it to come...

I would love to pay your prices in you book rather than the one we get here in Canada. Talk about a mark up! our prices are ridiculous!

I bet with the exchange rate where it is. I don't think I have gotten one but I looked it over at my dad's house last weekend. Not too much new.

I am liking the nitro combo deal. A 70 milion modulus rod sounds good, just figure out what I would need it for and I think the bait monkey would make another purchase. P N J

Either you get someone who knows nothing, or... well... mostly you get someone who knows nothing. But once in a while you'll get someone who knows...
