Default Swim Baits

I would like some input on swim baits please. Techniques, line size recomendations, rod length etc. I fish a 77 acre lake with clear/stained water. One more thing are the suspending swim baits any better? Thanks Bob60

There are many swimbait reviews if you scroll down and look under lure reviews. http://www.tackletour.com/menuarchive.html

I love swimbaits in clear water i have always used a 6' 6'' mh rod with 14 pound line. I have never really seen suspending swim baits but i know that the regular ones work very well on big fish.

I use some smaller swimbaits on light spinning tackle and I have some larger ones that I throw with the baitcaster. I prefer the smaller baits and fish them in clear water.

It seems as if with swimbaits the bite is on or nothing.
