Biffle jumped quite a ways up the leaderboard a few minutes ago too.

Basstrakk drives me nuts! I have yet to see it be accurate. Maybe today?

How do you get a horrible start in a fantasy fishing season?

Here is how:

Let all the talk about how Greg Hackney is a local boy and how he loves shallow water fishing which will make the delta play right into his hands creep into your head. Then think about how very few of these guys have seen this place since Hurricane Katrina turned it upside down and changed every inch of it. Then you need to start thinking about how the weather is changing daily leading up to day 1 so the guys who know this place best should be the ones who are able to adapt and put together good bags. Then with that kind of idiotic thinking you pass on Kevin Vandam and pick Greg Hackney instead.

That may not be the only way to have a bad week of fantasy fishing, but that is certainly the route I chose to take.

Does the scoresheet on my fantasy page not update after weigh in? Or will it stay blank till after the tourney is over?

Mine is blank too, I guess it will all fill in after the final weigh in. I do like that we can see who everyone else picked.

Ding Ding Ding!! Me too! I also took Bill Lowen because he is "a shallow water expert". He must only know the Ohio River.

Stephen Browning too! He has dominated on the California Delta so I picked him too. The two Delta's must not be anywhere near the same kind of fisheries.

You either have it..........or you don't. For now on, I am sticking with those that have it.

I took Lowen for the same reason. I also considered taking Tommy Biffle because he is the man with a flippin stick, looks like I probably should have taking him instead of Hackney.

I had to create a new account because I closed my ThunderStruck Jigs email account which I used for the Fantasy Fishing. You will see a carolinarig0101 and a carolina-rig-01 in our group. Both are me but I am only going to play the carolina-rig-01 account because I couldn't even get into the other one if I wanted to.
Man, you should have played carolinarig0101.

Smarty-pants....I got the email, but didn't have a chance right then to play with my roster. Then I apparently forgot about it till I saw some of my fishing groups posting pictures on Facebook of the launch. Too late.....
Enjoy your lead while you can...

My team is sucking it up this week. Who knew that Shaw Grigsby could stop plugging useless products long enough to catch a bag like that?
