Default snapped rod tip!!

I just snapped the tip of my rod while setting the hook on a pike . i brought it down to where i bought and he fixed it with this kit thing it had some little sander thing and all the little loop things for the line, and some glue adhesive stuff, that he used. i was wondering where i could get one and how much it would cost.

Wally world, in the aisle where all the boating stuff is, there is a samll section where they have some nets, a boat measuring board, and such, and they are like 2-5$. Bps, cableas, or gander also have them.
