Thanks. My favorite parts of it are the stability and the high up seats.

Island I am leaning to say BULL HONKEY as my canoe can only get about 3.5 and 4 on a good day (GPS). Compare the hydrodynamics of the two.

Have you ever been in a pond prowler Chris? Does your canoe have a 41 thrust trolling motor?

I want to agree with chris on this one. I dont think a 41lb troller could get you going 15mph.

My dad just got a new GPS for saltwater fishing. I will try to bring it out there next time (if I am allowed) and see how fast I am going. That will answer the question.

I did the math. Using google earth for distance, and how long it usually takes me to go that distance. I can go about 7 mph. I was completely off. I thought it could go double that. Chris and dampeoples, you were right on the money.

Thank you. I have progressed through 4 different boats to get to this one. You can catch fish out of any boat but each time you step up you get more comfort and convienence. The additional storage is really nice because you can leave all of your plastic boxes in the bins and keep them organized.
Also, once you have rod lockers you will not know how you made it without them. You will also find out that if you don't put them in sleeves or tubes you will have a huge mess after cruising across the lake. |

Hah, I cant wait until I buy my first real glass bass rig. But then, I am only
13. Yeah, I hate leaving rods on the side of the boat, same with tackle.

its an older one (88) but I like it. It had a lot of issues with it when I got it....but after a few hundred she runs pretty good....mostly idle and choke issues they were.

Christopher, what a big boat. That must be nice to fish out of when the water gets rough.
