Default Sunday in the wind report

Well it was a slow start as fished leeward of the west winds kicking at 25 knots.. One fish spooled my 3500 baitrunner with 40lb powerpro...and then another broke off on a major run.. Lots of dinks and the wind shifted more north and decreased to 20 knots. So we moved up river to my hot spot. Like Emeril says BAM!

The above fish needed three pics for sure.. I mean look at the belly on kitty..

Later I found out some thieves broke my truck window and stole my new HD radio. Oh well it was cloudy this weekend..

You don't mention the rollers down river at Occoquan/Mattawoman!!!! I know you have that nice big boat but I had to run it in my little bug boat. Boy what a trip we had.
Bass fishing was tough due to the winds. They blew and blew hard all day long. We ripped up plenty of grass beds with the big motor dragging through them all day just to slow us down. I counted 8 boats trying to fish Trash Point at one time. What a show that was!!!
