mister twisters
so ive been fishing in a shallow river with mister twisters and all ive been catching is 6 inch smallmouth bass any suggestions on wat else to use

How shallow? Is it Muddy or Clear?

Welcome to the forum!
Try bigger baits-big baits catch big fish. Then again, the Texas state record largemouth-18+ pounds-was caught on a crappie jig.

Well most of the time when you fish, The smaller fish react to the bait before the bigger fish do( Well for me anyways.. ). So when you fish in an area with a butt load of dinks put bigger baits on..

Mister Twisters come in various sizes and are outstanding smallie lures. You didn't say what size you're using, but I suspect there are other factors involved. My guess is that it's not the lure that is the problem.
