Canyon Plastics Skin and Bones
Give this a try. The bait rigged via drop shot with fluorocarbon is a deadly combo for smallies large mouth too. I use a stand out hook but the real secret with this bait and with all drop shots for that matter, make sure your on the bottom. I rig the hook 9-12 inches from the true tungsten skinny or ball weight. I fish this slow and when I think I am going slow I slow down even more. Like it’s always said, the hits come on the fall. I lift without reeling and let the boat move the bait. The little tail on the bait acts like a little finger calling the fish over. When all else fails this is my go to. I have never fished it in the river but my brother has on the Mississippi in Missouri and had a great outing and ordered more bags. Give it a try chances are the fish in your area has not seen this yet.

Are you Fishing at Mead? How stained is the water you are dragging in? They interesting, but they aren't baitfish colors. My thoughts are on the 4" natural baitfish.

Yes Mead and Mohave. Our water does not stain as much as others so it's more a clear situation. Your right about the baitfish colors. You can use any color you want here as long as it's crawfish colors.... I have used it in river southern lakes etc. It works in the Mississippi and Flroida. Those I know about first hand. I like thier frog but have not tried it.

They're interesting and unique, but they don't look very durable. One fish and they're done, I'm thinking.

Action looks great, and that drop shot setup looks killer. Might have to try a few out.

Neat looking lure. Probably intended to imitate a giant sperm swimming in the water. Not sure if fish ever encounter that, but its animate enough that they probably will hit it.
