Default NEED HELP Troling motor

OK I manager to bend the shaft on the troling motor. Now I need help to get the shear pin out of the top. pix below any help!! PLEASE could save my LIFE!!!

I want to help out, but I'm not totally sure what I'm looking at. Is that a hex head? You have tried to turn it with a allen key? If not, is there enough exposed to grip it with vise grips? If none of that works, yea, drill the sucker out. Be careful to not drill the wires.
