Most Interesting Things Happen!
This past spring during the spawn, I was priviledged to experience something few people ever do. I was
able to catch a 4lb. 2oz. shoal bass, release it and shortly thereafter catch it again. That wasn't the unusual part. My fishing partner has a waterproof camera he uses regularly and was able to take a picture of the fish from underwater while reviving it prior to release. This female shoal bass was on bed and the male boldly swam up to her while she was in his hand and started pecking her so she would get back on the bed!!! Simply amazing!!! Hope you enjoy the pictures!! The experience was way more. 4lb. 2oz. Shoalie Same Female with Male Urging Her Back to the Bed |

thats awesome!
as most on here know, a lot of the joy of fishing is not only in catching but discovering and witnessing nature in all its glory..fish, birds, weather and landscapes...it changes every time you're on the lake. |

Fish are just like people. The men are always urging the females back to bed.
Great pictures. |

Those are really cool pictures! Do you have a high resolution version of that second pic? That would be a good desktop background.

outstanding pictures. Most of us never really get to see all the happenings that take place under the water surface out of our sight.
