Never seen the "crack" color before. That's a new one.

I've got a few different baits in the crack color, they make them in Pointers and RC's at least. It's a really good stained water pattern.

Well, I just bought a few. I guess I'll find out if they're all they're cracked up to be.

Do any of you have much experience with the .5's? My BPS has a ton of them marked down to $10. I almost bought a few the other day but they're so small. I know SK has released the KVD in 1.0 size that is about the same and H20 has a bait that is the same size. They look more like a Crappie crankbait than a bass bait and they seem like they would be hard to cast very far.

I have 1 of the .5s. I caught a couple of fish on it last time. I like it because you have a chance at bigger white perch and bream with the addition of bass. And at 1/4 oz, it cast like a rocket!

My BPS still has a bunch of RC's for 9.97. I've bought a bunch because I get a discount on top of that price since my wife works there. I like the .5's but I don't think it makes a lot of sense to spend that much money on a bait I'm mainly fishing for crappie and little bass with.

I am not going to knock it because it is little though. Lot of big fish have been caught in clear water on finesse or should I say downsizing baits. Like our high pressured, smaller state lakes. They all have their time and place IMO.
